Control yourself woman!

I just couldn't help it , i haven't done nearly enough research but i just had to try out some different techniques, i was watching some videos on youtube of experimental art and from that i got inspired, so i got some grease paints and went to town on the old face!

i like this but it was just a bit of fun, i feel its a little too pretty for what i am  going for, with saying that  i do love the different shapes and using the natural curves of the face really gives some interesting results.

I think the above video is so cool, this man actually uses the grease from fries to create a wonderful drawing. It makes you think about what tools you could use to create a look. not that i am thinking of using fries haha, but you never know .

I love the colour and texture in the painting in the above video, to me it is like an explosion of emotion that has been built up then let loose. With the many different tribes they use colour,texture, patterns , they use a lot of visual objects to express their emotions , to showcase what they are feeling or thinking on the inside and bring it out, they don't hide behind the body paint and the tattoos, they don't use it as a protective shield. It is the complete opposite and i really admire that about them.
